Wellington Gate is a mews development that comprises a mix of houses and apartments facing onto an internal paved courtyard. The architectural style of the scheme is Kentish vernacular, using the pallet of traditional materials found in the local area – brick, tile hanging, painted brickwork and weather boarding. When finished the scheme was commended by the Hythe Civic Society for the contribution it makes to the appearance of the town and 10 years later you can see that this Award was a worthy one.

The Terrace

Nineteen Houses & Twelve Apartments

The Terrace is a mixed scheme of 19 houses and 12 apartments sited in a seaside location adjoining the beach in Hythe. Positioned on a corner plot, it comprised terraced development fronting onto the adjoining road and a 4 storey apartment building on the corner. Access to the development was provided by a private drive off which the car parking was arranged.
